I hope to post my Munich Helles in 2 weeks
Almost forgot about this.
This is the http://brulosophy.com/recipes/munich-helles/ Munich Helles recipe. I like it and it's pretty clean (fermented in 61-63 degrees). I'm just not a big fan of this style, but I did pitch the yeast into a Schwarzbier recipe that will be tapped next month!
