I have a sachet of dried yeast from a Polish lab called Gozdawa; Belgian Gruity Spicy Ale Yeast (BFSAY).
This yeast has a wide temperature range:18-30c.
It has however,a rather low alcohol tolerance of 8.7%, according to the info provided.
They list it as good for Abbaye ales,Belgian ales and Belgian speciality ales.
I have tried and failed.
Can you figure out which yeast strain,by another name,this is?
