A bunch of washed/harvested. I haven't gone all nerdlinger with the slanting thing, but might get into that someday...here's what I think I have:

New:
  • Notty
  • US05
  • S-23
  • WLP833 German Bock
  • Wyeast 3789 Trappist Blend (w/ Brett)
  • Wyeast 1968 London ESB
  • Wyeast 5526 Brett Lambicus

Washed+Harvested:
  • WLP838 Southern German Lager
  • WLP005 British Ale
  • WLP568 Saison Ale Blend
  • WLP022 Essex Ale
  • WLP570 Belgian Golden Ale
  • Wyeast 3463 Forbidden Fruit
  • Wyeast 1762 Abbey Ale II
  • Wyeast 3068 Weihenstephan Weizen
  • Wyeast 1275 Thames Valley Ale

Slanted WLP400 that's old and needs to be re-started to see if it's viable.
2 packages of S-05
1 package Montrachet
1 washed Cry Havoc
3X22 oz bottles of Pacman cake awaiting repitching/washing.

S04 - use for Ruination clone
S05 favorite - use for all ales
Muntons - some crap that I will most likely never use leftover from the kit days

Oh, yeah, I have some Pacman washed from a Rogue stout...forgot about that one.

1 Muntons that I probably wont use.
2 Notty
1 Weihenstephan Weizen Activator Wyeast ACT3068 that I hope to use Thursday if the weather cooperates. Then I might have to try my hand at yeast washing and start collecting some.

Midwest supplies is like 10 mins away so I don't tend to keep too much in stock when it is so easy to pick something up.

I guess you weren't brewing when I was up there a couple months ago...

WLP-300
year old vials of belgian ale and abbey ale from WL that my LHBS gave me for $1.

I've got maybe 3 oz. of Fleischmann's Instant yeast that I use for the bread machine.....oh, you mean BEER yeast!
Well, apart from that, I've got a Wyeast Activator of the Weihenstephan 3068 that I'm going to use to brew a batch of Hefeweizen next week. I've got a baggie full of the extra dry yeast packets that Midwest also throws in- Munton's, Nottingham, etc. As they move toward being out of date, I use them to bake bread. Good bread.
