What have you done to repair your beer?

OK you brewed your beer and it's terrible.

I'm not talking bananas or bubble gum, or some off flavor that can be solved by aging it. I'm talking it's just tastes bad. Perhaps just bland, or way to bitter, or two sweet, or boring, ect...

What unusual things have you done in an attempt to fix this.

I would imagine that any unusual fix could only apply to kegged beer, but maybe not.

Lets hear it.
 
At first I used to keep it around for age to fix, but now I just dump it. Not so much because I can't drink 'em but b/c I hate the taste of failure.

I did add blueberry flavoring to a Hefe that was disappointing, and it helped a bit.
 
- Maltodextrin to boost body
- Dry-hopping or dry hopping a second time to increase hop character
- Blending

- Using autolysed beer for cooking
