Here is the Mirror Pond clone I am thinking of doing.

7 lbs. Pale malt extract
1 lb. 20L Crystal malt
1 lbs. 2 row pale malt
1/2 lb. Munich malt
2 oz. Cascade hops (60 min)
2 oz. Cascade hops (30 min)
1 oz. Cascade hops (last 5 min)
1 oz. Cascade hops (last 1 min. or dry hop)

Wyeast 1056 American ale yeast "Slap Pack"

Single step mash the grains in 3 quarts of water at 152 for one hour. Sparge with 6 more quarts at 170. Add this to 3 gallons of water with the extracts and boil for 1 hour using the listed hop schedule. Let me know any changes that might be needed.

If you want a recipe closer to Mirror Pond I'd back off the extract by a pound and reduce your hops. This recipe puts you at about 80 IBUs where Mirror pond is closer to 40.

Edit:
Just found this in BYO 150 Clone Brews

Mirror Pond Pale Ale Clone
2.5 lbs Light DME
3.3 lbs Light LME (Late addition. last 15 min))
1 lb Munich Malt
14 oz. Great Western Pale 2-Row
4 oz. Crystal Malt (60°L)

.69 oz Centennial (60 min)
.75 oz Cascade (15 min)
.75 oz Cascade (5 min)

1 tsp Irish Moss (15 min)

White Labs WP001 or Wyeast 1056
