I know, those SOBs are vague as hell.Unfortunately, nothing. Thanks, USPS. **grumble-grumble**
USPS Tracking: "Your guess is as good as ours!"
Still far from complete, I should have maybe said the "welded up kettle" is coming today. I still have to build the column, lyne arm and coil bucket and then I also still have to get an element and build the controller box for it. I'll post pics when it's doneStill? How about pictures![]()
I believe that recipe was the first 5 gallon all grain beer I ever brewed. It's a good one.Received my ingredients today to make an attempt at brewing yoopers oatmeal stout. Can't wait just need to hold out for the storm coming this weekend.

I'm very excited to get it going. This will be my second all grain brew ever. I brewed extract for a few years but I have officially jumped to all grain. I've got my water adjustments dialed in and ready to go too.I believe that recipe was the first 5 gallon all grain beer I ever brewed. It's a good one.

Cleaning it now, then will fill it in the morning and take it over to my youngest son's house for a visit.
Cheers!
[edit] Hahaha! Well, already learned something critical: "lefty loosey - righty tighty" does not apply to the pressure control knob on the uKeg. Good thing oldest son sent an extra box of carts because I blew through the two included with the growler trying to purge the head space (lol! Habits are hard to break - not even sure I should have tried to do it)
