new heater for my spike conical. way thicker and beefier than my old one. i think i had one of the first running heaters from spike and not even close comparing them, old one seems wimpy. threw in some spare tc gaskets/clamps to get the price high enough to qualify for free shipping!
 
Northdown, Target, EKG, Challenger whole cones. Crisp Best Pale ale + chocolate & Simpsons Cry light. ChemSan. Spray malt. Going to brew on New Year's day. Haven't brewed in 7-8 months now. Too busy with other things but I look forward to brew the best bach so far!

The day before Christmas, UPSanta delivered 3 new (beer) books, still waiting for #4, prob after the first. Investigating Belgian styles, ingredients, yeasts, mash methods, fermentation temps and times, conditioning and storing, etc. Good reading.
 
A box of tri clamps, tc barbs, hose, gaskets, and quick disconnects from Spike.
I didn't know exactly what I needed and didn't bother to go downstairs and figure it out, lol
I'm sure I have an excess of some stuff and am short on others. Anyone else ever get stupid and just order off the cuff?
My SS brewtech ekettle has a triclamp ball valve that is then threaded out. I considered switching to a butterfly valve but am unsure if it's worth it
 
Whilst we're on the Christmas swag - due to a slight mixup, I got two electric pressure cookers! Which is probably just as well - I'd asked for one for autoclaving yeast stuff but SWMBO saw the one I got on Christmas Day and started planning all the food she was going to cook in it. Then I got a second one when the rest of the family came round on Boxing Day, so at least I can have a dedicated one with my brewing gear without SWMBO getting it messy...
