My grains and hops for my next brew day, a Czech Pilsner, arrived today. 10 lbs pilsner malt, a lb of flaked maise, a lb flaked barley, 1 oz each Saaz, Hallertau MF, and Tettnanger, and a lb of Cascade hops plus several pieces of hardware. Oh and 8 oz LDME for making starters.
