I’ve become a big fan of Jas Townsends! So I decided to buy one of books about brewing. Came a day early and they were nice enough to send a free “damaged” book! Feel like it’s my birthday... I might have to pick a recipe and brew this weekend.

Thumbing through the compilation book is really interesting! Going to take some research to understand some of the terminology, but I’m so glad I pulled the trigger! If anyone is interested in the way they brewed back in the day, it’s worth the $15.

3 piece from Bobby to replace the old 2 piece on my lauter tun, cuz I like to keep things very clean, and some 3/16 silicone tubing from some random on Amazon, cuz the 1/4 Bevlex doesn't fit snugly enough on my O2 wand.

Just got this guy in the mail. Plan on making a cyser. Anyone got an idea on duration for minimum secondary fermentation?

The other day I got two vials of White Labs WLP515 Antwerp Ale Yeast. Now I can make the Belgian Pale Ale that I have wanted to brew for some time now but haven't been able to get the yeast, as it is seasonal and a Platinum Vault strain. I am very stoked!
