A spunding valve, a clear beer draught system and a new glass for football season!

How does this seem to happen to you? Haha LOL just messing with ya.

Ha! I think he’s actually the one that broke it or something else so it never came my way. I think it may have even been like 6 or 7 FotD’s ago. I honestly have no real memory of the details but he pulled through and sent a box. Class act!

Yup. I chipped the glass prior to shipment. (Actually did the exact same thing to the same glass intended for @Homercidal way back.)

In each case, the receiver got some additional beer in the second shipment because of the delay. @jimyson got a bunch because his was waaaaay late.

I'll probably stop offering teku's in FotD, because of how terrible I am at safely getting them into the box for shipment.

Bunch of TC fittings to convert the electric BAIB tea urn and fermenter to a proper set of sanitary fittings from AliExpress.

In the photo, bottom left to right clockwise, hose barbs, blanking plates, seals, carbide holesaw, sampling port for fermenter, dip tube, bulkhead TC ports, thermowell, 1/2" BSP males to attach to my ball valves and clamps.

All well machined, clean with no sharp edges, swarf or cutting chips left behind. Very impressed.

5 pounds of Apricots from @TwistedGray. Thanks for the stickers and the bottle of your Pluot Sour! Per your recommendation, I'll drink it as a day late birthday beer on the 26th! Also I'll be sure to send you some of what I use the fruit in! Debating on throwing it in a cream ale or an American wheat at this point!

It'll probably take a week to bottle condition; just leave it in a corner somewhere (not in a fridge, of course). Enjoy! I only used the apricots in a pale and in a sour, but wheat and cream would be good, too!

I have I think 8 or 9 of the things - it's a sickness.
I bought the 4, then got another when I realized I could have 5 kegs in the pipeline at any time, now I'm thinking about getting one for the fermenter. It's kind of like when I started rigging things up with EVA barrier tubing, just can't stop.

Yeah, I got one, verified I loved them, bought four more, then recently realized I was short (I just had 8 full kegs and I sometimes use it in the fermenter too). I think I'm all set now.
I think...

And I'm going to run my 4mm EVA beer tubing tonight. Tomorrow my 5mm should arrive that I plan to use for gas lines.

Any reason you chose 5mm for the gas? I just used 4mm all around because I had it in good supply. (Wanted to make a spunding valve with the Blow Tie, had to buy 39 feet, so I've got 38 feet left, made another spunding valve, still 37 feet, and just kept finding things to do with it! [emoji23] )

Just because it's easier to fit on standard 1/4" barbs. I'm not yet going full with the push fittings yet. Now I'll have 39' of each for any purpose I may need.
It's so relatively cheap, why not have a supply!

Some homebrew and commercials from @ehk089 - I'll share the NEIPA's with a friend who can stomach them better than I.

ps: If you find yourself near the beltway, check out Franklin's (I think it's in Hyattsville); they have some neat stuff there (paid parking, if my memory is correct).
