I got the stainless steel ball valve setup for a keggle from bargain fittings. Tossed it in and water tested and it worked fine after a little extra tightening. Once I find a lid my keggle will be ready which is just a nicety but I have to modify my immersion chiller also.

These didn't come in the mail, but they are new additions to my Homebrew equipment. I reached out to someone I knew that worked for Coke and ask if they ever have kegs come through that are being retired. He set these back for me. 3 kegs, all appear to be in good shape. I left him some Homebrew and some of my logo swag when I picked them up. Hoping to get another message about more :)

There is a Coke plant just down the street from me. Maybe I should stop by sometime...

20 pounds of vienna malt
2 bags wheat dme(about a pound each)
nottingham dry yeast packets
northern brewer hops 4 oz
spalt select hops 4 oz
fermentis wheat yeast packet
irish moss
brewers gold hops 5 oz

preparing for spring brewing, still have a few prehopped cans left, but moving towards all-grain.

Technically it was yesterday, but my nugget rhizone showed up! Went ahead and planted it last night

2 pounds of hops in a 2 day priority pouch that took 10 days to get here. Had to brew a different recipe last week end .

Unfortunately, my back gave out recently. So, these will have to wait awhile. Also have a flex Draft kegging sset-up coming tomorrow.

FarCat11cz, I feel for you.
I have had to reduce brew size from 6gallons to 3 at a maximum due to herniated discs.
Try not to let it get you down

I live within walking distance from one of their bottling facilities, you just gave me an awesome idea.

That sucks duder.

I have a slew of back issues so i feel your pain. (pun intended)

I can still manage 5 gallon batches, but I need to be really careful.

It doesn't help having my man cave / fermentation room upstairs either. :drunk:

Today i received a 5 gal glass carboy, Northern Brewers Dead Ringer extract kit, Dead Ringer pint glass, and a wine thief.
