I like reading your articles Steve keep it up!The check b for my latest Zymurgy piece; just in time for some year end sales. I'll be stocked up for all of next year.
I already have water, hops, and yeast in the brewing elements series. Now the collection is complete with yesterday's arrival!

Thank you. I plan on it; they've paid for my ingredients and equipment since 2014.I like reading your articles Steve keep it up!
Sounds good, other than the nutmeg.....Butter Vanilla emulsion and Sugar Cookie extract. Gonna try a small batch , maybe 1.5 or 2.5 gallon of experimental Sugar Cookie Christmas brew. I'm already making a 5 gal white Christmas Ale with the ubiquitous vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg and sweet orange peel so if this small batch crashes and burns not a huge loss.
That's my fave ingredient ! I love nutmeg !! I dump an ounce of that stuff in my eggnog ! I use fresh nutmeg , scrape it from whole nutmeg.Sounds good, other than the nutmeg.....![]()

I love this bucket too ! I make more 3 gallon batches than 5 so it sees more action in the last 2 years than my 2 7 gallon Chapman's. Great little SS bucket that could !!!View attachment 792894
