What are your favorite bottle conditioned beers?

I'm trying to get a small collection of harvested yeast going.

What are your favorite bottle conditioned commercial beers? Also the strain of yeast if it is known.

My favourite by far, and the reason I became interested in homebrewing is Unibroue's Fin du Monde. I think it's Wyeast 3864.

Bell's uses their main strain to bottle condition. It is a nice yeast. I have used it several times.

They even tell you how to harvest it on their website.

Sadly, Unibroue doesn't use the same yeast to condition. It used to but I'm not sure when it stopped doing so, probably a few years ago already.
