Currently ripping all my vinyl to digital, just listened to this album for the first time in many years.

I did the same thing a few years ago in preparation of moving from NY to CA. We drove across country and I wasn't about to take up that kind of space with 750-1000 LPs. The problem with ripping vinyl is it has to done in real time, but at least I didn't have to with all of them. After ripping the ones I couldn't easily replace I dropped off all the albums, some never even opened, and my turntable at my local Salvation Army. Hopefully someone, somewhere is able to enjoy them as much as I did.

The most I did was try to eliminate as many pops and clicks as I could without degrading the music too much.

Today i went from I AM – Beyond through La Femme - Teatro Lúcido to Ibrahim Maalouf - LIVE IN ISTANBUL - Diagnostic. So it's jazzy & ethno & somehow narcotic sounds. But there's a Amyl and The Sniffers waiting in a line, so...
