It's like a very hoppy porter.... ghoulishly so... you can feel its tendrils entwining the 'nads lol

HB Prickly Pear Kolsch, homebrew talk member @AkTom sent me the super ripe prickly pears from his property to make it happen. Thank you sir! It isn't what I was going for, but it came out clean and has a strawberry and a hint of honeydew melon to it.
It is actually crystal clear despite the wyeast 2565 I used.

Isn't that just the way it goes when you really need a keg to kick? I've been in the same situation with a keg of Helles, for about two weeks. I swear that thing has been on the cusp of kicking for two whole weeks. I finally managed to murder it tonight. It was anything but a clean killing. It died like Rasputin.

Schwarzbier keg finally died. That allowed me to move that keg and I was able to get my Märzen kegged. Drinking a HB German Pilsner while doing the transfer.
