Just joined so hi to all. I'm in the process of making alcholic ginger beer with root ginger etc. For a 1 Gal demi Jon ( 4.54509 lit) I've seen that a mix of white and brown sugar is great. But.....how much sugar and how much Turbo yeast do I add. ? Thanks
