Homebrew nz pilsner inspired by @Dgallo .. it's more clear then the photo leads on and its mighty good. I totally forgot the whirlfloc and didn't do any gelatin fining so I can't complain.

I'd drink this out of my lawnmower shoes and still love it.

Lutra pseudo American light "lager" brewed on 9/18. Look at that clarity! This is my first time using Lutra and it definitely won't be my last. Amazing what this yeast can do. Crisp and refreshing!

So maybe a chill evening with a 9.1% local 'Soap Box' tripel (or a few more) and I'll get after it tomorrow.

Local amber while having dinner. Not sure if it was actually served on nitro but it was the smoothest carbed beer I’ve ever had. It really hit like a Guinness.

How is that? The Vienna citra, not the sewer line (been there…). I’ve always been tempted to match Vienna up with some fruity hops, maybe Amarillo, but I always end up just doing something with noble hops.

I really like it. I use “C” hops quite a bit, especially Cascade, Centennial, and Citra. I brewed this as a Pale Ale, 5.5%, 36 IBU. It‘s a pretty decent beer.
