Apparently this has been around locally on tap forever, but I’d never seen it before. First time they’ve bottled it up. Their flagship lager is my staple, but I could replace it with this.

Hung out with some great friends today. Did a cookout for lunch at their house and the kids swam. Brought the Trillium cab over to share with my friend too. Thanks @TheDudeLebowski for it! That cutting tiles smelled like OJ in a glass!!! Smooth too!!
Then we took the kids to Other Half for their Ice Cream Social event today. Enjoyed the adult version of their ice cream float. They would do one stout or blend both if you wanted. I went for both and then did pours of each separately too. Plus many more samples and BBQ from the food truck. The kids played games and ice cream before dinner is the best they say. They are not wrong.

Not pictured but a couple Jackie O’s tonight since I’m not too far from Athens, OH. Also a good game of wiffle ball with my brother, daughter, niece and nephews. I’m a horrible hitter, but did okay on defense. Sure made the kids laugh watching their uncle strike out. :) The heat and humidity have made their way to Ohio. Geesh.

Yeah, it’s not bad but just doesn’t pop the way I feel it normally does.

HB saison. First try at one, it’s not bad, but definitely not great. Firmly in the OK category

The Petite Saison d'Ete kit from northern brewer with the belgian dry saison yeast was fantastic.. one of the best I've ever brewed, and it was an extract kit.
