Cracked open a bottle for a carb test of HB Yoopers Oatmeal Stout I brewed a few weeks back. I was shooting for two volumes. It's almost there and while a little young this may be one of the best oatmeal stouts I've had.

Bummer - one has brett and the other doesn't. I forget which was which, but the brett one is nice.
Just cool water right now, after getting my first Covid shot. Keeping an eye on any symptoms that might pop up. 
Bit of a sore arm, but that's normal.
Transfers went very well yesterday, and the Grapefruit IPA dry hop is starting to drop already. Seems that there's still some separation happening as well, but absolutely no action in the airlock. Cool!
My Cooper's Easter Ale is really clear, and I might bottle by the end of the month. Nice!

This one (Robert) is a regular saison. The other (Jannemie) has the brett.

VERY good NEIPA. Citra and Galaxy combo with zero hop burn from the hops. Who doesn't like a nice citra/galaxy bomb? When done well, this combo always shines IMO. Hopfly's grain bills for IPAs are always pretty good overall and supportive to let the hops "do their thang" and be the stars. "sun drenched" is also a great name for an IPA lol.

good balance, very drinkable, soft and a touch sweet malt flavor. Goes great with mixed nuts. Affordable as it gets and overall a quality house beer.

Agreed completely, this has been hands down my favorite beer from NA that Ive tried.

The "barrel aged" is strong with this one. Without reading the back of the label I guessed it was Old Dominic whiskey barrels (local distillery), I wasn't wrong

I really liked toomeys corners, easy drinking and super crushable.
Yes it is! I missed the original & hope they rebrew it so I can try it down the road.
I think @TheEagleRising would agree once he cracks one open too.

HB Lemondrop Pilsner...wow, it cleared up nicely! Had to get an outdoor shot before the snow hits again tomorrow...sigh.
