Brew one drink one. Same recipe but this one will go in a chardonnay barrel. Chardonnay is destined to be cooking wine.

Yea or Nay?
I’m enjoying it so far. I like NA seltzer waters throughout the day and these taste pretty similar but slightly sweeter, probably from the small percentage of juice in them (the regular/NA ones contain no juice). My wife enjoyed one too yesterday and I may keep these in the fridge throughout the summer (whenever summer arrives in Western NY).
If it wasn’t for @orionol73 sending a hard seltzer in a prior FotD box to me I may have never purchased this Founders box. What he sent me was damn good and peaked my curiosity to seek some out, plus it hit 71 in March that day when I bought them.
Enjoyed these two beers tonight.

well i thought i'd post in this thread, because i'm pissed....i brewed 3-9-21...expect it to be done and kegged today, but instead it's taking forver...still at 1.017 it was 1.020 yesterday...it's not stuck because it's still got krausen, but damn, my last keg kicked...so i'm drinking it warm and flat out of a pitcher, still has 6% or so ABV by now...not worth a pic, just thought i'd cry on your shoulders...... :mug:

An excellent HB Scottish Ale brewed by @PianoMan
Dude, if this is your first attempt at the style there’s no need to change anything. You nailed it!! Delicious!!

Thanks! It was a challenge beer for sure. Researched ingredients and mash temp. Needed some aging time for sure.

This from @camonick. I kinda sucked it down fast, the usual after work process. Tasted fine to me. I couldn't tell you if there was any oxygenation, sorry.

Went on a minor beer search today, and found a gem! This is from local New Level Brewing, and it tastes exactly like Key Lime pie. Not too sweet with a bright lime sour at the start and just a hint of brown sugar/malt for the 'crust' finish. It's lime pie in a glass. Very cool! 😎 And at 6.5%, it's a proper dessert! 🥧 Cheers!

Checking my Belgian Saison Dubbel...yup, it's a Belgian alright! Tastes very much like a (flat) Duvel, but with a touch of young hop burn.

Quite happy with how it has dropped, and correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm reading approx 1.016 for this sample, so a very healthy 8.66% for the first reading.

Cool! :rock::D

Hot damn this is delicious even with some age!!! I have too many IPAs to get through so my sours tend to sit along with other beers that can handle some age.

Untappd’s Description:
This Fruited Sour was brewed in collaboration with King's Brewing. It blends Passion Fruit, Raspberry, Mango, Vanilla, Marshmallow, and Coconut together to form just one of this monster’s many heads. Keep your eyes peeled for even more flavor combinations.
