So long story short, I was raised in a family nursery and flower business. I’m trying to convince my dad that it’s a great added venue for the business/property and will only generate income. His concern is that the additional zoning and permits will limit who he can sell to when he’s ready to be done and officially retired... there’s also the issue he has a partner that’s a cousin who doesn’t view the future similarly and lacks the drive and determination we have... but I keep the business plan ready lol

Had a sip of my latest WCIPA from the primary, just because I've never tasted Dragon hops before. Wow! This is going to be a great beer.

Pitched at 32ºC and already down to 1.030 from 1.078 on Wednesday afternoon! I love Voss kviek!

HB 90 Shilling clone whilst bottling the same for some FotHB trade action. Then, I need to gather all my gear for a pronghorn antelope hunt with my son tomorrow.

I just realized they’re actually in used Odell bottles even. (Maybe that’ll make em taste better)!

Haven’t had Guinness in a bottle in a long time (always get it in a can). Sacrificed two bottles in the big jar in order to let it sit out all week in order ‘spoil’ and then will add to my Guinness clone I’m brewing next weekend.

It is! I’ve tried about four beers from that brewery and really enjoyed them. I’m hoping to make it up to the twin cities and give them a visit sometime. The amount of coffee flavor with the golden color blows me away.

Homebrew Scottish heavy with a touch of peat smoked malt. So good. It’s not nearly as dark as it looks in the picture, my house is just dim dim dim!
