First glass of my Schwarzbier brewed with Lutra Kveik. I was planning on waiting another week or so to try it, but I’m weak. I mashed this too high so, while it’s got nice body, it’s lower abv than I’d planned, about 4.5%. Light initial taste with the Munich malt really showing itself after a few seconds. It’ll be interesting to see how this one tastes after a couple more weeks.
