Well, here’s the Märzen I’ve been bragging about and it turns out I should have kept my mouth shut. I’m disappointed in how it turned out. I don’t think my processes are solid enough to store a beer for 5 months. Possible oxidation problem and surprisingly hazy for having lagered as long as it did. I need someone else to taste it to confirm my opinion.

I’ll take some :)

I have 5 Sachs but Haven’t tried it yet. It recommends 3/4 Sachs per 1.065 beer, so I’ve kinda been reluctant to try it. It’s supposed to be a dry 1318 strain
Heard it was similar but not exactly 1318, also hear it imparts vanilla notes. I'll give it a try in a month or so

Belgian IPA

obvi I like Belgian beers and IPAs. Combined them and.....🤯🤯🤯
Those always go on sale around the holidays at my packy. Last year: a 4pk plus the glass on clearance for $8 😱

Total Wines always has 4 packs for like 9 bucks.....but 8 bucks plus a glass!!! That’s a sweet deal

Flatish kombucha in the only glass I can find down here. I highly suggest lapsang tea in kombucha. I toss a bag in a batch every so often and it’s fantastic.
Wow, I love lapsang but never thought of what it might taste like in a kombucha. Consider me intrigued!
