Well, here’s the Märzen I’ve been bragging about and it turns out I should have kept my mouth shut. I’m disappointed in how it turned out. I don’t think my processes are solid enough to store a beer for 5 months. Possible oxidation problem and surprisingly hazy for having lagered as long as it did. I need someone else to taste it to confirm my opinion.

I have 5 Sachs but Haven’t tried it yet. It recommends 3/4 Sachs per 1.065 beer, so I’ve kinda been reluctant to try it. It’s supposed to be a dry 1318 strain

Wow, I love lapsang but never thought of what it might taste like in a kombucha. Consider me intrigued!Flatish kombucha in the only glass I can find down here. I highly suggest lapsang tea in kombucha. I toss a bag in a batch every so often and it’s fantastic.
