A canned 4 days ago SH Galaxy DIPA from the subscription club of my favourite local brewery, it's probably the weirdest NEIPA style beer I have drunk to the day, there are some woody, earthy and creamy notes together with the juicy ones from the Galaxy

I know everyone’s had this but I received my first in a beer swap with the sister in law. I really need to start trusting her when it comes to ipa. She’s trying like hell to convert me.

HB Nut Brown Ale again. I keep going to this beer tap lately.

I sampled one each of the 12 BOC around the holidays when they arrived. After 6 months it’s probably time for round 2, to see how these have aged.

This Spiced Cherry Dubbel was, according to the label, bottled a little over 13 months ago. It has aged very well. Good job, @Yeroc !

I’m enjoying the first bottle out of a batch of English Pale Ale I brewed. Looks darker in the photo than it really is. Lighting I guess. I started naming beers after Beatles songs recently. So far I have Ticket to Ride and the RIS I just did is of course “Back in the USSR.”

HB English IPA, brewed/dry hopped entirely with First Gold. Definitely not an American IPA. Super herbal and earthy with dank notes, getting a little garlic. It's intense but I like it!

Went to Total Wine today looking for something I haven't had. Discovered a 4 pack (each can is 1 pint, 0.9 oz) of Benediktiner Weissbier for $6.99 (plus tax).

Nice, smooth, German wheat (probably a clear/crystal wheat beer. Definitely, not a hefeweizen.) I'm enjoying one now.

Kegging sample of my latest attempt to clone Guinness Draught. White Labs pure pitch Irish ale yeast and cold steeped roasted barley added with 5 minutes left in the boil. This is the closest I’ve been yet. I can’t wait to see how it tastes on nitro.

Roadhouse Vacation Ale that has been lagering in my garage freezer for the last 2-3 weeks. Tasty as it looks. A delicate grapefruit flavor at the end. The wife likes, and me too @ 5.6%.
