A fruited Wheat beer. not crazy about this beer but happy to support local.
Life as a dad with two daughters during these crazy times. I told them if there is any left, mom can put some in my hair too. Why not, right?

Untappd’s Description:
American style wheat beer (unfiltered) brewed with Boysenberries, Blackberries, and Wild Huckleberries. Exhibits a grainy like malt sweetness with a moderate berry fruit flavor and a light floral hop aroma. Bitterness is light with the balance towards the malt and fruit. Medium light body with a moderately high carbonation. Brewed with Cascade hops.

I’m letting my two daughters cut my hair tomorrow. Fingers crossed they give me a Mohawk. Lol

Went for a flight of Lambics tonight. The 15 was definitely different from the other two. I actually think the 16 was my favorite. Also blended all three samples just to see which was kinda cool.

I found a bottle of HB with the letter B on the cap. I know what 3B means, not sure about B. It’s malty, well carbonated but the head dissipates quickly. It’s got a winey character. Probably some sort of early sour. Not terribly sour. It wasn’t exciting enough to label when it was new and it still isn’t. But not a drain pour. So I’m drinking it now.

My HB Hefe on the right, the real thing on the left. Mine’s only been in the keg about a day and a half; the clarity will improve over the next few days. The color and flavors are very close. I’m pretty happy with this one.

Local for me, Central Coast Brewing's 22nd Anniversary release. A hazy triple IPA that's tropical on the front end with a very slight warmth on the back end. This is far too crushable for an 11% beer.

This POS shiit is everywhere! Just found out a younger cousin and family, solid people, got tested positive. Basically lives in a very very small Nebraska town in the farm land. He's a volunteer EMS I believe.

Omaha isn’t as bad as many of the smaller communities here in NE. Add to the fact that many of them don’t have hospitals or are limited it doesn’t add up to a good situation. NE is set to “open” tomorrow, so we’ll see over the next 3-4 weeks.

HB Summer Solstice — Tropical IPA coming in at 11.4%

I believe I’ve shared this one before but it’s clearing up nicely, and getting extremely smooth and tropical fruit forward. Big fan of Omega Tropical Ale yeast after this one.
