I wish it tasted as good as it looks. It's been bottled for about two months, but the mosaic is WAY TOO much! Not drinkable...

Its very tropical and fruity. The way I used it was from 20 min in. Get a lot of citrus

TBH I feel like I am describing all of the newer hops but its lighter, brighter citrus oil like

Congrats on your 2 weeks man. I have a Belgian white n/a in the fridge but I’m also trying to drop some lbs during this time too so just cutting out the extra calories has helped a lot. Eating better, starting Insanity, and cutting out brews have put me down 5lbs already.

You can make your own Big Funky / Big Tasty from mad fermentationst. It looks kind of flat, no? Last one I had I felt hadn’t fermented out either.

it was flat but it helped the malt show up which I thought was amazing.

Well crap... I guess my estimate of 1-2 pints left in my stout keg was accurate. Now I’ve got to clean this keg and the Schwarzbier one that kicked earlier. Fortunately I’ve got another stout fermenting that should be ready in a week or two.
