Finally home, kids are bathed and in bed. The wife called it an early night too for being a single mom all week, I don’t blame her. So why not crack one open while I roast the rest of this Ethiopian Natural Sidamo?
 
Just got back from a bottle share. A new local brewery is opening in the fall but tonight they had a bottle share. Bring a bottle to share, they provide some music, munchies, and an overall good time. Got to drink some great beers, dozens of bottles from breweries such as Firestone, Modern Times, Monkish, Mumford, Surly, and Goose Island to name a few. Some homebrews too. Good time and great owners/brewers. Can't wait for them to open. Best part - it's within walking distance of where I work.

In other news, it’s so nice out but I got all of my wisdom teeth out today. So nothing but smoothies and banana pudding the next few days while I get jealous of you guys in here drinking away. Cheers all!

It ended up being two medium ghost peppers, 3 medium Caroline Reapers, a few small Thai Chile’s, about 1.5lbs Roma tomatoes, and two garlic cloves. Roasted and blended. Easily the hottest salsa I’ve ever had. 3 chips and I was done.

Yeah, that doesn't sound like a good idea whatsoever.
