HB Belgian dubbel. Taste great, but alcohol is hot ended up being 8.5%. Just needs time !

My pluot sour. I tried the co pitching method, and it worked out fine. I pitched eight capsules; I never took a gravity reading, but fortunately I only did one sample bottle from the Anvil. So I'll do that before bottling the rest. It should end pretty low on the ABV scale.

Oh, and it's a ****ing sexy beer to look at, isn't it?

I have to thank @wstbrewing for the glass. This thing gets the most use of any of my glassware, love it : )
