I noticed you really like saison. If your ever in the upper Hudson Valley, you need to check out Woodstock Brewing Co. it’s in Phoenicia, NY and I’ve been hearing great this about the saisons. The IPAs I’m not crazy about though

Yeah. It’s not my favorite recipe I’ve ever made but for a no boil, Extract (DME) NEIPA, I’m blown away. I do wish I used my typical all grain recipe for it though but I wanted to try something different and save time. Brew day was 2 hours with cleanup lol

Killed a keg of HB American Wheat after changing the oil in my daughter's car and fixing a few other things in there before she leaves for school in a couple weeks then switched to this one

Ended up on a work call for about 4 hours but ran to the store while on it to grab dinner.

No pics from yesterday but had a few Two Hearted while I smoked some leg quarters and corn

This 530 "Dark" is pretty decent. Good bitter/sweet balance. Beer in 1st pic is Thirsty Planet PA..meh but free.

Are there actually tornado warnings? You don’t seem too concerned. When I lived in Indiana the local emergency manager would turn on the sirens if there was a severe thunderstorm warning during a tornado watch. Drove me crazy and confused everyone into thinking there was a tornado bearing down on us....
