“Blasphemy No-Boil NEIPA” with El Dorado and Azacca. It’s freakin great! And the process was quite literally the least hands-on and against every rule I’ve ever read. I’m flabbergasted that this is actually as good or better than the Braufessor’s NEIPA I made alongside it...
