I definitely got that as well. I used K-Meta to try and stop fermentation. That’s probably the cause.
I had brewed a hoppy wheat pale ale, i ferment in ss brewbucket my cellar stays 55 degrees year round. California ale yeast.I'm intrigued. In five or six gallon carboy? Yeast cake of wheat, IPA, other? What yeast used? What temp was your cider fermentation? Might have to experiment with this in future.
