WAS drinking some of Mack's nitro brew over at @Nick Poggetti's house (no pics, have to believe me), and my was it tasty. It was like drinking a nitro cold brew, creamy and well rounded coffee notes sans any additive coffee. Impressed

It looks like the saison. Two pounds of honey, aged on oak chips soaked in red wine. Belle Saison yeast.

I had the weizenbock last week and I really want the recipe for that one! This was the BS then. I didn't get a ton of red wine and would have not guessed it you didn't tell me. Thanks for sharing your stuff! I have a small HB return package bottled/packed if you can PM your addy.
