Definitely not a fan. Very boozy very little carbonation. Ended up mixing some of my HB stout on top of it to give it carbonation LOL.

Trillium’s new spot in Fort Point is pretty awesome. Food is incredible. Crushed a Congress St and a Headlong Detour. No lines. Laid back. And sat near JC and family. Hb Bourbon Barrel Porter NB Kit I brewed 7/30/16. It was so overly tannic oak dryness at the beginning that I kinda gave up on it and pushed most the batch into the corner. I have opened them occasionally and it took a while but it has slowly been getting better. Sweetness is coming through, oak is still there but has settled down and the beer is starting to round out

I had to take the faucet apart and do a deep cleaning b/c some hop particles were stuck in there. Just a thought.

Being a Patriots fan I thought it would be fitting to open this beer at the start of the game. It’s sweet, tart and has a wine character to it. Go Pats!

Thanks brother. I actually just did a super deep cleaning ran PBW hot water through it then sanitizer and a gallon of water about a week ago before hooking The Keg up. I think I figured it out I didn't put any Teflon tape on the threading for the new CO2 and line-out ball lock connectors. I did that and reseated those and seemed to have solved the problem so far! It came flying out into my cup LOL
I basically took everything apart last week plus the faucet so that's why I was wondering what was up!

Onto this one. Not a style I’m crazy about. Has a candy like character to it. Definitely taste the spices and it’s slightly boozy but doesn’t detract from it. I can see why people love it but it’s a style I’m not big on.
