Happy Friday! Enjoying this @TwistedGray Hibiscus Cider, Tart and Dry, very well done.

Honestly it is my favorite cider I've made to-date. My stomach was in shambles yesterday, so either I'll force carb yours or drink it with whatever carb is left. I'll use my wife as the blind tester ... see who wins tonight :)

PBR is good drinking beer anyways but that was their newer APA

I've been brewing for 20 years and I'm not a friend of the big American commercial breweries but this APA is not bad. When my brew buddy who has 30+ years brewing experience brought a few over on brew day I chuckled. But knowing him I gave it a try and it's not bad. The big boys have learned they can't beat us so are starting to join us. Is it the best APA you'll ever drink? Hell no, but it's a start. Hopefully in time America can get back to where we should be if it were not for Prohibition.

Rochefort 10. That was some dark, raisiny, sweet and smooth, heart warming high alcohol stuff. It is a great beer but definitely not an everyday beer.
Almost bought one of those today..a fav for sure.

This "cousin" of kombucha and my Blueberry Mead, 12%ish. Brewing more mead, hard lemonaid, hefe, and Old Rasputin clone today.
