We were just talking about that at SoCo Hombrew. Mind sharing the recipe?

This is my first time brewing it so I'm doing a 2.5 gallon batch as a test.

5.5# Maris Otter
1# Flaked Oats
0.5# Flaked Barley
0.25# Caramel 10

0.5 oz Northern Brewer @60
0.5 oz Northern Brewer @15

1 Pack S-04

2 oz Cocoa Nibs & 2 oz whole coffee beans in secondary (I'll probably just throw them in primary though after fermentation is complete)

Adjusting the Tracking by Pizza Boy (NEIPA).

Super Tight by Pizza Boy (Session IPA).

I had high hopes for both but let down with them. The session IPA is very thin and lacking all the way around. I think they are trying to make a NE Session IPA which doesn’t work. [emoji19]

But I can see through it. [emoji23]

And this...

Don’t get me wrong, I like a murky beer (NEIPA) when it’s done right. The Handmaids Ale was pretty good and see through!! I guess a west coast IPA... or just a good old American IPA. [emoji6]

BTW - This weekend I will get to the beers you sent me. At least that’s the plan. [emoji1417]

Even Marc Summers is jealous I’m having this and he isn’t.

Sip of Sunshine was $12.99. So, I went HAM. Can’t beat it.

Passed on a keg of Two Juicy ($120 - WTF???). Went with another keg of my go-to, Sea Hag, for $70. Best deal ever.

Cheers.
