Enjoying my first sample of HB Sierra Nevada-style pale ale, hopped with my own home grown cascade. It turned out even better than I’d hoped... I really wish I’d been able to brew a bigger batch cuz it is great!

I had quite a few beers before it but loved it!! Tasted like hazelnut iced coffee with chocolate fudge.

I quit my job doing beer tastings today and they gave me quite a bit of flak. But whatever not like giving out beer samples has anything to do with analytical chemistry
