Well that paper was not nearly up to snuff IMO. Person cited Wikipedia... Like seriously you're going to do that on your graduate thesis ? I wouldn't do that on a two-bit research paper for an undergrad English course.

A wheat beer home brew. It's infused with Teavana's "YOUTHBERRY WILD ORANGE BLOSSOM TEA BLEND". I soaked the tea and 1oz of dried lemon peel in vodka for about a week. Then used the dry hop thingamajig from NorCal (the pre-order special) to place the vodka soaked tea & lemon peel, plus 1oz of Sorachi Ace hops (whole cone) into the keg. This is the first pull after it's been carbonating for just over two days in the keg. Pretty darn tasty. It was part of our home brew club's "Iron Brew" competition.
