It's a little on the sweet side, but really enjoyable nonetheless. At $5 less (at least!) than comparable beers, it gets extra points. Plus, I like sweeter beers...

This is the hop schedule. 2-row, wheat and flaked oats. Tad bit of crystal. I have a few IPAs I've made with this same grain bill. I'm just changing-up the hops.


Water with lunch while I contemplate what the next beer will be.
