Snuck out. Having a pint of rickards red at a local establishment with limited selection
How's that mixer? I've considered grabbing one a few times and didn't know if the seasonal/new brews in there were any good.
Part of me can't wait for the kids to get into school in a few years to start brewing again. So jealous.
Cheers man.
It's decent. Pale Ale, Scotch Ale, Coffee Stout and Cascade IPA. Not bad for $14.
Come through. Brewing my 'house' RIS. Mashed-in with 20 lbs. of grain, about half of the amount of grain I used for the RIS you see in the picture I posted earlier. This one should come in at 10.2% ABV. The one I am drinking is 14.8% and I've got about 3/4-gallon left in the keg.

Neighbor is working from home which means he is coming there to steal some beer. Fml.
I'm tryna do an RIS also. Might rival yours in terms of ABV.
I wish I could ..but I got an hour drive around dinner time haha. Next time I'll race
Oh don't count me out, however FIFA was never my game...
I have 11 gallons of 1.133 OG wort chilling and I'm about to pitch me yeast. Not bad efficiency considering how all over my mash temps were.
Water for now.
