Only on day 6 of 15 straight 11-12hr days and ready to hang myself. Well time for coffee...hot..non-alcoholic.

It's decent. Pale Ale, Scotch Ale, Coffee Stout and Cascade IPA. Not bad for $14.

Come through. Brewing my 'house' RIS. Mashed-in with 20 lbs. of grain, about half of the amount of grain I used for the RIS you see in the picture I posted earlier. This one should come in at 10.2% ABV. The one I am drinking is 14.8% and I've got about 3/4-gallon left in the keg.

Haha....I'd need to take a ferry to get across the sound (easy part), also bring the 3 little guys that are 2,2, and 1 (tricky part), then theres the getting home safely (hardest part).

I'm tryna do an RIS also. Might rival yours in terms of ABV.

I wish I could ..but I got an hour drive around dinner time haha. Next time I'll race

Oh don't count me out, however FIFA was never my game...

I have 11 gallons of 1.133 OG wort chilling and I'm about to pitch me yeast. Not bad efficiency considering how all over my mash temps were.

Water for now.
