Having my Centennial Blonde that turned out 20% lighter than it was supposed to, but remarkably tasty. Wish all my mistakes turned out this good! Is it possible there is more latitude in brewing than we are led to believe?
 
Avery Uncle Jacob Stout! COMPLEX cinnamon raisin plum Vanilla and smooth for a 17% beer. This would be a good beer to store for 3 years as I will bet the flavors will just improve. It does have enough alcohol that it is a sipper. I wish my pocketbook would let me cellar a 12 pack of this for 2020 new years. All in all I am impressed.:mug:
