Ok....getting prepped for tomorrow, because I'm jumping back on the horse. I love to home brew. Bit late for Octoberfest, but going to try a Dark 'Mocktoberfest' / Märzen experiment, using Krispy, a new grain bill and a bit of leftover dark grains from the mess a couple weeks ago. Sigh.
Let's do it!!

I'm really liking this crazy green brew! Little bit sweeter than the last batch I had, but more grain after-flavour...if that makes sense. I hope Next Level Brewing doesn't make this a temporary one. It's great! Cheers folks!

It was a bit dark and roasty for my taste. I like my Festbiers a little lighter and crisper. That being said, it went great with smoked pork chops and homemade applesauce.

Huge fan of Racer 5. One reason I like visiting CA. Watching Game 5 tonight and the SF park is one of my favs. So, having a HB WIPA.

To me Allagash is the benchmark brewery.
This is the first beers of theirs that I am underwhelmed with.

Ginger turmeric seltzer. Between 5/6% abv, delightfully light, flavorful (flavourful), and almost...almost as satisfying as a hazy IPA, it costs so little to make and saves so much on the beer bill.

Homebrew nz pilsner inspired by @Dgallo .. it's more clear then the photo leads on and its mighty good. I totally forgot the whirlfloc and didn't do any gelatin fining so I can't complain.
