HB saison. First try at one, it’s not bad, but definitely not great. Firmly in the OK category

The Petite Saison d'Ete kit from northern brewer with the belgian dry saison yeast was fantastic.. one of the best I've ever brewed, and it was an extract kit.

HB Cyser. For those unaware, it’s a mead that uses apple juice instead of water in the must. Fermented with Belle Saison. I was hoping for some Belgian character, but I believe the lack of complex sugars keeps the yeast expression to a minimum.

The west-coast double IPA that I brewed yesterday (as a QA check). With an OG of 1.071 and a current gravity of 1.050-ish, it could use a little more time... Looks and tastes like a bad NEIPA!

HB rye pale ale. Centennial and citra. And I think a little leftover Idaho 7 dryhop iirc. First pull from ukeg. It’s honestly pretty damn close to what I was looking for.

Went down super quick for me. As far as session ipa goes, all day ipa is still my favorite, but I’m definitely not disappointed to have eleven more of those in the beer fridge.
