I heard that some of these bottles were pouring pure sludge so I had to check my last one to be sure it was still good. No sludge! Just barrel aged peanut butter deliciousness!

Having an old local standard to ease the day.

It's brew day tomorrow, after another appointment with the nerve doctors. Could be worse, however, and I'm getting a bit more movement in my hand/wrist, so better news...in these crazy times.
100% props to all the healthcare professionals out there...you are doing one of the hardest jobs in the world right now, so I sip my IPA and say cheers. Full respect!!

My heartfelt thanks for your service! My uncle is USAF Lt.Col. (retired) and he was shot down over Vietnam. Survived because of the healthcare folks on his field base and the main base back in Germany. Respect!

HB double NEIPA 8.1% with Riwaka, Nelson, & Galaxy. This really hit its prime this week. It’s boasting earth/dank grapefruit notes with heavy white wine and passion fruit. I’ve brewed many NEIPAS over the years as some of you may know, this is def top 3 ipas Ive brewed.
