Crabapple Lambick. Love the funk! Could use a tad bit more carbonation. But overall a great funky beer!!!

Thanks for the feedback. That is my first lambic. From what I read they take a little bit to carbonate so I’d say age the other 2 and the funk should change also.

For sure!!!! One of those bottles won’t be opened for a few years! Wonderful barnyard funk (that’s a compliment). Can’t wait to see how this matures over time !

Big things happening for my local brewery, Fiden’s! They just did a collab with equilibrium and both breweries released it. So happy to find a can because they blew out of 7 bbl packaged in 884 - 32 oz crowlers, in 7 hours. Crazy.

Took apart the old 7’ trampoline we had in the basement. The kids have outgrown it and a friend purchased it for their young’s kids. Much needed beer for this job and glad to have more room in the basement again.
