Try secondary 6oz coconibs for 10days with a 5gal batch. Probably have to experiment a bit. I use stainless steel strainers to filter while racking to the keg.
What’s the secret to good chocolate flavor that doesn’t taste artificial? I know that I will never use that hazelnut flavor again also.
Fresh green juice to make up for the last couple days..errr weeks...err decades. [emoji1]

Well... I soaked 8 oz of these in vodka for 5 days https://www.amazon.com/Viva-Naturals-Organic-Cacao-Nibs/dp/B00MGW81YM then racked on top of in secondary for 7 days and all I can taste is the vodka. I’ve heard a light toasting enhances the flavor.

I did a Schwarzbier with 25% of the grain bill being coco puffs. Chocolate really came through. Use lots of rice hulls.
