My HB Belgian Tripel clone, which is supposed to be like Westmalle Trappist Ale, is absolutely nothing like the original; in spite of that, I've made it now about 6-7 times and I love it. I tweaked it a bit so it's riding around 11.5%. Still really early but I would be fine if it never got any better (supposed to improve up to a year in the bottle).
Note: it is a number of shades lighter than in the photo. It actually has a golden-yellow hue. And I hit that gravity with two packs of dry yeast (T-58 and M-41) with no creaming. Very proud. Very proud.

Beer looks great and nice balancing act but, more importantly, is that your cat? A cat that can be trusted outdoors? Would be quite a coincidence for it to be a stray passing through. If so, you get kudos for a one in a million shot.
Love cats. Two thumbs up. Does your cat have a brother/sister/playmate?
Love dogs also but a bit too much work at the moment.

Nice. I love some good cheese. I don’t have the packaging for these so I can’t tell you more details. Do you make cheese? I’ve seen some threads on here talking about it. I may try it one day.
I live in Detroit and we have a place called Eastern Market. There's a shop that has at least 200 kinds of cheese. It's a treasure.
