Trying to pull together a pick list for FotD XIX with a leftover from FotD XVIII

That's my plan. Next beer up will (hopefully) be an imperial milk stout with Apex toasted coconut extract added to the keg. Haven't had an issue to 10% but if over I'd suggest re-oxygenating at 12hr from pitching yeast.That's my plan. Okay,so 50% ABV. That's still major league. Would your product be better if you aged it for ten years, for example, or does that only count with wooden casks?There is an ice cube in there. 100 proof so nothing crazy
