Extract definitely works well. I have been using a full bottle of the brewers best PB extract in 5 gallons and love it. You definitely get a good peanut butter kick that way and don't have the waste from using powder. I'm curious about the Amoretti PB flavoring though. May need to try it out.

That brewery is awesome. Cantillon festival is coming up and they always have them on a tap at the place I attend. Their lagers are good too

So having been to The Veil and Answer now, I will have to say the beers are top notch, but prefer the atmosphere of The Answer.
