Grew up in the Bay area and Santa Cruz was a regular hang out, love that place. Are you staying in Santa Cruz?

I wish I was still there this weekend!
Tomorrow it is supposed to be 75 in Santa Cruz and 105 where in live in the north central California!
I used to wrap the Sunday paper on that porch when i was in the 4th grade. Life was much simpler back then. My only rule was, don’t go past Capitola and the light house on west cliff on my bmx bike and be home before dark.

The Cream Ale I brewed, tweaked for my system, I found on HBT. Very, very good!

I still have 20L in another fermenter cold crashing. Maybe a strawberry cream ale for this version?

Yes, the time it takes to make 3 could easily make 5. Likewise, time it takes to make 5 easily make 10 (this is my excuse, I mean, reason)

Don't think I made it to Friedburg. I also worked in the Army hospital in Wurzburg, did some ambulance runs in Frankfurt. Reforger 3 times in Augsburg, every other month out at Graf. Loved to hang out in Nuremberg, Rothenburg, and Rimpar. Wurzburg was cool to hang out too. And of course the requisite trips to Bamburg for the smoked Rauchs
